By creating an account or using our services like voting (USSD *714*707#) or tickets, you confirm you've read and agreed to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login info safe. Provide accurate info when signing up to ensure smooth ticketing and payouts.

Organizers must ensure all nominee data and event info are accurate. We reserve the right to remove events that provide false information or violate platform rules.

Payouts are processed securely through mobile money networks and may take up to 5 business days for verification.

Hosts/Organizers acknowledge that they assume the full financial risk of chargebacks and fraudulent payments. EAN reserves the right to debit a Host's wallet or withhold future payouts to recover losses from fraudulent transactions or reversed payments.

In the event of a cancellation, Hosts are responsible for communicating with patrons regarding refunds. EAN facilitates the platform, but the financial obligation for ticket refunds rests with the Host. EAN's service fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been successfully processed.

The AsedaHost brand, code, and systems remain the property of EAN. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us license to display it for your event.

We may ban accounts that engage in fraud, bot-voter activities, or bypass transaction fees. We aim for a fair field for everyone.

We provide the platform "as is". EAN's liability is limited to transaction fees paid to us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for network outages, natural events, or Host-side cancellations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be handled through negotiation first before any formal arbitration under the Ghanaian Arbitration Act.
