Affiliate & Referral Terms

1. Program Overview

The Aseda Host Refer & Earn Program allows active users, creators, and community members ("Referrers", "you") to earn cash rewards by inviting new event organizers to host their events on Aseda Host.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Refer & Earn program:

• You must have an active Aseda Host account.
• You must have an active Ghanaian Mobile Money account (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, or AT Money) to receive payouts.
• You agree to share your referral link honestly and responsibly.

3. How Referral Tracking Works

Every referrer receives a unique referral code and signup link (e.g. asedahost.com/register?ref=[CODE]):

• When a new organizer clicks your link and registers an account, our system links that new host to your profile.
• If an organizer clicks multiple referral links before registering, the referral code entered or active at the time of registration is credited.

4. How You Earn Rewards

Aseda Host rewards you when an organizer you invite successfully hosts an event on our platform:

• First Payout Bonus: When your referred host successfully runs their event and completes their first approved wallet withdrawal, a referral commission (as configured in platform settings) is credited to your referral balance.
• One-Time Reward: The referral bonus is earned once per referred host upon their first successful payout.

5. Minimum Withdrawal & Payouts

You can manage and withdraw your referral balance directly from your dashboard:

• Minimum Withdrawal: You can request a payout once your referral balance reaches at least GHS 50.00.
• Manual Admin Review: Every withdrawal request is reviewed by our administration team to ensure event validity, then paid out directly to your registered Mobile Money wallet.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Self-Referrals: Creating duplicate accounts to refer yourself, your own organizations, or your own events.
• Fake Organizer Accounts: Creating dummy or fake host profiles that do not hold real, legitimate events.
• Spam & Misleading Promotion: Spamming WhatsApp groups, social media comments, or sending unsolicited mass messages with your link.

Because all withdrawals are manually checked by our team, any detected fake signups or self-referral attempts will result in the forfeiture of the referral bonus and removal from the program.

7. Marketing Guidelines

When recommending Aseda Host to others, please:

• Always be truthful about platform features, ticket fees, and voting rules.
• Do not pretend to be an executive or legal representative of Aseda Host.
• Do not run paid advertisements (such as Google Ads or sponsored posts) using the "Aseda Host" brand name without prior authorization.

8. Program Updates & Changes

Aseda Host reserves the right to review bonus amounts, adjust minimum thresholds, or modify the Refer & Earn program rules when necessary to maintain platform sustainability and security.
