1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AsedaHost, you agree to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and transparent event experience. This constitutes a binding agreement between you and EAN.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login info safe. Provide accurate info when signing up to ensure smooth ticketing and payouts.

3. Events & Management

Organizers must ensure all nominee data and event info are accurate. We reserve the right to remove events that provide false information.

4. Payouts & Fees

Commission rates are deducted at point of sale. Payouts require verification and may take up to 5 business days.

5. Fraud & Chargebacks

Hosts assume full financial risk of chargebacks. EAN reserves the right to withhold funds to cover losses from fraudulent payments.

6. Event Cancellations

In case of cancellation, Hosts are responsible for patron refunds. EAN's service fees are non-refundable once processed.

7. Protection & Privacy

We prioritize data protection through secure sessions. Your data is handled according to our GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy.

8. Property & Branding

The Platform code and branding remain the property of EAN. You grant us a license to display your event content.

9. End-User License (EULA)

You are granted a revocable license to use this software. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Suspension & Bans

We may ban accounts engaging in fraud, botting, or fee-bypass activities to maintain platform integrity.

11. Liability Limits

The platform is provided "as is". EAN's liability is limited to transaction fees earned from your specific account.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes fall under the Ghanaian Arbitration Act.
